SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The mixture is intended for leveling vertical and horizontal concrete, foam concrete, cement, cement-lime, gypsum and drywall surfaces for painting and wallpapering. It can be used for sealing joints between gypsum plasterboard and fiber reinforced gypsum panels using reinforcing tape (calico strip) and as a repair compound for quickly eliminating small spalls, cracks up to 15 mm deep. It is intended for internal work in dry rooms. It has high stick ability. It creates a flat and smooth surface that does not need a primer before painting and gluing wallpapers. It is highly resistant to water and freezing. It is possible to apply on walls up to 30 mm thick and ceilings up to 15 mm thick. It is easy to apply. It prevents the formation of mosses and bacteria.

BASE PREPARATION

The temperature of the base and the environment shall be within the range from +5 to + 30 ° С. The base shall be firm, thoroughly cleaned of dust, dirt, oils, fats, residues of loose paint and other substances that can weaken the adhesion of the putty layer with the base. Uneven or highly absorbent bases shall be pretreated with a deep penetration primer.

PREPARATION OF THE MORTAR

To prepare the mortar:

1. Take an accurately measured amount (5.5-6.5 liters per 10 kg.);

2. Pour the mixture into water;

3. Stir with a construction mixer or drill with a special nozzle until a homogeneous mass is obtained;

4. Maintain a technological pause for 5-10 minutes to cure the mortar;

5. Stir again. After above mentioned steps, the putty is ready for application within 60 minutes with periodic stirring.

PROCEDURE OF WORK

The plaster shall be applied to the base with a smooth steel putty knife. A putty knife with a width of 30 cm is used to smooth out small areas. The permissible thickness of one layer for continuous filling shall be not more than 3 mm, and for partial smoothing and sealing of roughness - not more than 15 mm. If it is necessary to apply a thicker layer, the mortar shall be applied several times with the time intervals necessary for the hardening of the previous layer. The drying time of the putty layer is from 5 to 9 hours (depending on the thickness of its application, temperature and humidity). After drying, the surface shall be smoothed using thin sandpaper or abrasive mesh. Sealing the joints of drywall sheets: the first basic layer of putty shall be applied to the joint, into which the reinforcing tape (calico strip) is pressed. A finish coat of putty shall be applied with wide putty knife. After drying, the surface shall be smoothed with thin sandpaper. Uncured material is washed off the tools with water; hardened material is mechanically cleaned. Attention! Water after cleaning the tool cannot be used to prepare the putty.

To prevent skin irritation, avoid contact with the mortar on exposed areas of the body. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor if necessary. In addition to the above information, safety instructions in construction shall be observed.

GUARANTEES AND STORAGE

The warranty period of storage in intact original packaging is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Shelf life is 12 months. Store in dry rooms, excluding ingress of moisture into bags with dry mix. Transportation of products shall be carried out under conditions ensuring the safety of packaging and protection against moisture.
